Nicola Sweeney

Nicola Sweeney

​Clinical Hypnotherapist Adv. Dip. Hyp.

Nicola is a certified hypnotherapist with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Therapy from the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Ireland. Nicola is also a Kinetic Shift Practitioner with the UK Hypnosis Academy. While her background is in counselling and psychotherapy, Nicola’s decisive transition into the field of hypnotherapy was results-based. Bearing witness to the transformational and fast-acting effects hypnotherapy has in resolving issues and in promoting self-motivation, Nicola trained extensively in the field. Her clients come from all walks of life. Younger clientele include students doing exams. ​Having managed her own business previously, Nicola understands the stresses and pressures every day working life brings. ‘My role is in helping people to get to that place, where their past no longer defines their future.’ ~ Nicola.

Joanne Cunningham

Joanne is a certified hypnotherapist with an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Therapy from the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy Ireland. Joanne is also a Kinetic Shift Practitioner with the UK Hypnosis Academy. Her clients come from many walks of life and include senior business executives, stay at home mothers and school-going teenagers. With a background in Personal & Executive Coaching and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Joanne studied with Executive Coaching Solutions, Dublin. Joanne is passionate about helping people lead healthy fulfilled lives and has guided many into finding their true authentic selves. ‘Changing your mind is about changing the programming and once you learn to master that, you can achieve anything in life.’ ~ Joanne.

Ciara McCormack

Ciara Mc Cormack

Clinical Exercise Physiologist BSc, PhD

Ciara Mc Cormack is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, BSc, PhD researcher and a qualified Exercise Cardiac Rehab Instructor. In 2015 she graduated from Sports Science and Health in DCU and since then she has continued with a PhD, specialising in the area of health behavioural change and exercise prescription for chronic disease populations. Ciara has extensive experience working both in a clinical setting and community setting and through the years has successfully ran many of her own programmes. Along with Professor Niall Moyna she has been part of the team for the Nation’s most successful health programme “Operation transformation’ and shows such as ‘Doctor’s in the House’ and ‘What are you eating’. Ciara is a strong believer in exercise as medicine and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve strong and successful client outcomes. Ciara’s passion lies in the area of health promotion and primary and secondary prevention of chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes and obesity. She believes by educating, informing and providing clients with the tools, knowledge and skills she can help them build sustainable healthy lifestyles with exercise as a core component.

Nutritional Therapist N.T.O.I.

Ciara is an experienced nutritional therapist who graduated from the Institute of Health Sciences in 2012 with a diploma in nutritional therapy and is a member of N.T.O.I (Nutritional Therapists of Ireland). Ciara takes the latest evidence in nutritional science and translates this into practical, doable advice and personalised nutrition plans. Ciara is passionate about the power of food and positive lifestyle choices in both prevention of illness and supporting the body through times of ill health. With 3 children she knows only too well that it’s not about eating a perfect diet 100% of the time but eating as well as you can within your means and creating healthy life long habits that you and your body will reap the benefits from.
